We do not offer monetary refunds. The sole exception is in rare cases of severe damage or a confirmed manufacturing defect upon delivery — in which case you are fully covered under section 02.

Damaged or defective items

Covered

If your jewellery arrives broken, cracked, or unusable due to transit damage or a manufacturing defect, you are fully covered. Choose one of the following resolutions:

Full store credit

Redeemable on any future Taiyo Jewels purchase, with no expiry.

Free replacement

A replacement item dispatched to you at no additional charge.

How to claim

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Within 3 days of receiving your order, email us at support@taiyojewels.com.

Include your order number, a clear unboxing video showing the damaged item inside the original box, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review and approve your claim. Once approved, we will issue your store credit or dispatch your replacement straight away.

Our support team may operate in a different time zone — there may be a slight delay in our initial response. We appreciate your patience.

Change-of-mind orders

Not accepted

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue credits for change of mind, styling preferences, or sizing issues. Please review all product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing your order.

Colours and dimensions shown in product images may vary slightly from the actual item received.
