1. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds except in the rare case of severe damage or a manufacturing defect.
If your jewellery arrives broken, cracked, or otherwise unusable, you’re fully covered (see section 2 for details).
2. Store Credit & Replacements for Damaged Items
Eligible Claims: Items must have arrived damaged, defective, or broken in transit.

A replacement item sent at no additional charge
How to Claim:

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Show clear video unboxing the order with damaged piece inside the box.

A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and approve your claim. Once approved, we will issue your store credit or dispatch a replacement right away.
(Please note: Our team may operate from a different time zone, so there could be a slight delay in our initial response.)
3. Change-of-Mind Orders
We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, styling mistakes, or size issues.
Please review product details, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing your order.
